The downtown restaurant scene is on fire with new openings it seems almost weekly. Another kid to join the block is Bread Zeppelin and we think it’s going to quickly become a foodie fave with its unique menu.
So what’s a Zeppelin you might be asking?
It’s not a sub. It’s not a wrap. The Zeppelin is your very own customized chopped salad in a fresh baked artisan baguette. Bread Zeppelin baguettes – direct from Empire Bakery – are hollowed out right before serving which means you get fewer carbs without sacrificing the crunch or flavor. Choose from 40 ingredients and 20 dressings. Once you’ve selected your ingredients, everything is chopped up fast with a special mezzaluna knife, dressed and served to you in either a bowl or the trademark Zeppelin.
Hungry yet? Ok good, we are too.
Get a first taste this Wednesday as the downtown location (1300 Main Street, Dallas 75201) will be open from 11 am-3 pm. Regular hours will start on January 2nd.
